My name is Alexander Bischoff, I am the Director of Far East Kontor Ltd. and I have lived and worked in Vietnam since 1999. My passion for business and especially trade has been passed on to me from my parents who successfully established their im- and export business.
In order to bring affordable finished products that are of the highest standards to the end consumer in Vietnam it is necessary that the raw materials are of excellent quality and sold at a competitive price point. We are the exclusive agent of various overseas chemical suppliers.
To be able to support our customers to improve the quality standards for their finished products our team has an eagerness to understand the raw materials we commerce. This knowledge enables us to successfully talk to technical and commercial people.
We also actively participate in the know how transfer and create awareness about products at the clients. Our goal is to serve our customers and suppliers long term and to create a difference for the end consumers whether they are in Vietnam or around the world.
The team supporting this strategy has been working together for over a decade. We have successfully developed a bond with our suppliers and customers and introduced hundreds of products to Vietnam. Our personal relationships and product knowledge are essential to communicate on eye level with our partners. To support our customers in developing new products and to choose the right raw materials has proven to be a workable strategy for a developing market like Vietnam.
