Rieckermann was one of the first European trading companies to return to Vietnam, following the introduction of the open door policy in 1989, and established its representative office in Ho Chi Minh City in 1990. Previous experience in the old South during 1955 to 1975 enabled Rieckermann to successfully re-establish itself in the market, and within two years opened up its second office - this time in the Capital, Hanoi.
Since our return, we have supplied a wide variety of machines and equipment to numerous Vietnamese industrial sectors, making us one of the leading suppliers of high quality equipment in the Country. A key example of our strengths during this relatively short period is the printing industry, which has now been transformed from very low standards into a high quality sector in line with the advanced processes and high standards of industrialized nations.
Within our impressive organisation, we have at hand a significant number of competent and highly-trained service engineers, guaranteeing a perfect after-sales service and the ability to solve most of the problems on the spot. We also place a great importance in providing the appropriate training and knowledge-transfer through our organized workshops and seminars, thus enabling a smooth transition on our customers' path to continued success.
